Cold Wear- Fleece & Down

INSULATION - The jackets in this layer are designed to trap bodyheat and to maintain a layer of stable warm air. This creates a comfortable microclimate around your body, which 'insulates' you from the cold. It takes practices to know how many and how thick these layers should be in order to keep your body at its optimum temperature, so be prepared to experiment. Fleece fabrics are amongst the most efficient insulators for cold/wet conditions. They offer high warmth and are easy to care for.
